    Stable Performance PLC Radiator Core Builder Machine 0.6MPa is used for assembling heater radiator cores. The aluminum radiator core assembly machine has the advantages of stable and reliable working performance, easy operation, low noise, accurate  positioning of flat tube center, and even distribution of fins. The assembled radiator core has a high assembling  accuracy and a good appearance, which ensures a better brazing effect in the brazing furnace.

 

Product applications:

    The aluminum radiator core assembly machine assembles together the flat tubes, fins, headers, and side plates, and assemble  them into a radiator core. We have the radiator core builders for 1-2 rows, the big size radiator core builder with tilting work table for max 5 rows, the radiator core builder line (from high speed fin machine to core builder machine line).

1.What is the maximum size of the core that can be assembled by semi automatic core building machine ?

At the moment we assembled the maximum size of core is 1200*1200mm,two rows.

 

2.Is it belongs to the customized products?

We can customize the size of the core according to the actual production requirements.

 

3.Does it can use different specifications of tubes in the same machine at the same time?

Yes ,it can install separately the size of 16,22,26,32mm and so on of different tubes.

 

4.Does it can assemble different heights of fins in the same machine ?

No,at the moment the core building machine only can assemble the cores which has single specification height of fins.If it needs to assemble different heights of fins,it needs to customize from us.

 

5.Does it can assemble the same height of fins in the radiator core and condenser core in the same machine?

No,because it has big difference between the radiator tube and condenser tube,it can’t be mixed use.
